iHeir-D is a specialty ink containing antifungal particles smaller than 5 microns, primarily used for producing antifungal paper and antimicrobial coatings. It is widely applied for the preservation and antifungal protection of textiles, paper products, finished leather, and leather goods during storage and transportation. The core advantage of this product lies in its vapor-phase fungicidal capability – the antifungal components slowly release into enclosed spaces, actively capturing and killing mold and bacteria in the air, providing comprehensive protection without dead spots.

Application Method

• Reference Dosage: Each antifungal paper sheet or antifungal packet should contain 0.1–0.2 grams of active ingredient from iHeir-D.

• Adjustment: Actual dosage should be determined based on environmental humidity, temperature, space volume, and antifungal requirements.

• Process Note: Apply iHeir-D as an ink onto paper via coating or printing, dry to produce antifungal packaging paper or packets, then seal together with the products to be protected.

Precautions

1. Use promptly after opening: Once opened, the antifungal ink container should be used immediately. Produced antifungal paper or packets should be quickly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and loss of efficacy.

2. Compatibility testing: Different dyes and metal materials have varying sensitivity to the antifungal agent. Compatibility tests must be conducted before use.

3. Potential effects:

   • Although iHeir-D is a non-redox type antifungal agent, it may cause fading with certain low-quality dyes.

   • Under humid conditions, it may corrode low-quality metal fittings (e.g., some alloy buckles).

4. Compatibility test method:

   • Place 3 times the normal dosage of iHeir-D into the test packaging box.

   • Spray a small amount of water to simulate a humid environment.

   • Separate the antifungal agent from the test product (containing dyes or metal parts) using paper.

   • Seal the box and check for fading or corrosion after several days.
