Mattress mould: dose iHeir-FP at 0.5-1.5% of foam weight, iHeir-ECO at 0.3-1.0% on latex, and finish the fabric layer with iHeir-F50.

Car interior mould: dose iHeir-FP at 0.5-1.5% on foam weight, iHeir-ECO at 0.3-1.0% on plastic parts, and treat formed fabrics by padding.

Export warehouse mould: keep the store below 60% RH, add one iHeir-D sheet per carton, and hang T-1000 desiccant sticks at 8-10 per 20 ft container.

Packaging mould control in three stages: iHeir-BCA powder at 0.5-0.75% of dry mass, anti-mould ink additives, then iHeir-D paper at 0.1-0.2 g per sheet.

Adhesive mould: dose iHeir-JS at 1-2% for neutral water-based glues, iHeir-JS7 at 1-2% below pH 6, and never use iHeir-G above pH 8.

Coating plant mould: dose iHeir-TQ at 2-3% on total batch weight in the grind or let-down stage, or iHeir-YQ at 1-1.5% for solvent-borne systems.
