It is specifically designed to provide durable, broad-spectrum antifungal, anti-insect, and antibacterial protection for products made from bamboo, wood, rattan, miscanthus, sunflower, grass, and other natural fibers. This product utilizes non-leaching, mechanical杀菌 technology, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional leaching-type fungicides such as susceptibility to microbial resistance and loss of active ingredients. It offers reliable protection for the long-term storage and use of various bamboo and wood products.

Application Methods
1. Treatment Procedure

Immersion Method (Recommended): Completely immerse bamboo, wood, rattan, grass products, etc., into the prepared solution (ensure products are below the liquid surface) until the product weight gain reaches 10% – 20%. Remove, drain excess solution, and air dry or sun dry before packaging and storage.

Spray or Brush Method: Dilute with water or alcohol at a ratio of 1:10 – 20, mix well. Evenly spray or brush the solution onto the product surface, ensuring complete coverage. Allow to air dry naturally.

Solution Reusability: The prepared solution is stable and can be reused multiple times without disposal. It is recommended to use within 1 month for optimal efficacy.
2. Antifungal Duration
After immersion or spray treatment, when the treated bamboo/wood product’s moisture content is below 25%, the continuous antifungal effect can last for over 1 year, even in humid, dark, or other harsh environments.
3. Dilution Ratio (for Immersion)
Immersion solution preparation ratio: 1 part iHeir-JP concentrate : 15 parts water (e.g., 1kg antifungal agent + 15kg water)
Precautions

Shake well after diluting with water before use. Some floating matter on the surface after prolonged standing is normal; shake well before use.

The diluted solution should ideally be used within 1 month to maintain activity.

This product complies with REACH environmental requirements. The concentrate has a high solid content. Some individuals may experience skin sensitivity to the concentrate. It is recommended to wear protective equipment such as rubber gloves during handling.
Antifungal Efficacy Test Methods

Reference Standard: GB/T 18261-2013 “Test method for anti-mildew agents in controlling mould and stain fungi on bamboo and wood”

Simple Comparative Test: Take two identical bamboo/wood samples. Treat one with iHeir-JP, leave the other untreated or treat with another antifungal agent. Package both samples and place them in a dark, humid environment. Observe and compare antifungal effects after 7 – 15 days.

Accelerated Test: Place both sample groups in petri dishes containing agar. Place the dishes in a constant temperature and humidity chamber (90% RH, 28°C). Preliminary results can be obtained within 3 – 7 days.
