Product Overview

iHeir-MA is a new, highly efficient antifungal agent specially developed for bamboo and wood. It is a blend of multiple antibacterial agents, featuring high active content, acid and alkali resistance, leach resistance, strong penetration, high adhesion, high temperature resistance, and suitability for a wide range of bamboo and wood types. This product is a pale yellow liquid belonging to the Ammoniacal Copper system, which firmly bonds with the bamboo/wood substrate surface, providing long-lasting, broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection. It effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional fungicides (acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive, ineffective against Penicillium, Mucor, and white rot fungi in alkaline bamboo/wood). It is suitable for insect, mold, and rot protection of various bamboo and wood products as well as outdoor wooden structures.

Usage Instructions

Immersion Method (Recommended)

• Prepare soaking solution at a ratio of 1 part iHeir-MA : 20 parts water (e.g., 5 kg antifungal agent + 100 kg water).

• Completely submerge the bamboo/wood product in the solution, ensuring no part is above the surface.

• Soak for approximately 5–10 minutes until the product weight increases by 15%–20%.

• Remove, allow excess solution to drip off, then air dry or sun dry before packaging and storage.

• The solution can be reused. When the solution level is low, replenish with fresh solution prepared at a higher ratio.

Spraying/Brushing Method

• Dilute with water at a ratio of 1:10 and mix evenly.

• Evenly spray or brush onto the product surface, ensuring full coverage.

• Allow to air dry or blow dry.

Enhanced Treatment

• For bamboo/wood products that will be top-coated with varnish (paint), after the above treatment, it is recommended to add iHeir-YQ paint antifungal agent to the varnish for better results.

Precautions

• This product is acidic. Do not contact or mix with metals or alkaline substances.

• Shake well before use (surface floaters are normal).

• This product is non-toxic, but the concentrate may cause skin allergies in some individuals. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves during handling.
