Product Overview

Power Pak Strong Anti-Mold & Deodorant Sheet is a high-tech anti-mold product developed by iHeir, with multiple invention patents applied for both domestically and internationally. This product extracts the active ingredient – Allylisothiocyanate (commonly known as wasabi essential oil) – from natural wasabi and mustard. Through room temperature sublimation technology, the antibacterial factor is evenly released into the sealed packaging environment, actively killing molds such as Penicillium, Aspergillus, and Mucor, while inhibiting bacterial growth and having a repellent effect on pests like small flies. Compared to traditional desiccants (only absorb moisture, no antibacterial effect), imported plastic anti-mold sheets (unstable release, easily cause product discoloration and hardware rust), and adhesive anti-mold sheets (short effective period, easy to fail), this product offers outstanding advantages of significant efficacy, long-lasting stability, safety, and environmental friendliness.

Mechanism of Action

This product uses slow-release technology. The active ingredient slowly sublimates at room temperature, evenly diffusing as a gas throughout the entire packaging space. Its strong penetrating power destroys mold cell structures, creating an environment unfavorable for mold growth. The gas can reach any corner of the package, unaffected by product shape or placement, providing complete, no-blind-spot protection.

Usage Instructions & Precautions

1. Sealing timing: Place the anti-mold sheet into the product box at the same time as the product is packed, and seal the box (and outer carton) as soon as possible.

2. Protective measures: If the outer carton is damaged or gets damp, the anti-mold effect will be affected. For long-distance transportation with risk of rain exposure, a plastic bag should be used inside the carton for protection.

3. Activation time: Sterilization is completed within 72 hours after sealing. The effect can be maintained for 6 or 12 months (depending on version) before opening the box.

4. Metal accessories: If the product contains metal accessories and rust is a concern, proper drying treatment of the product or the use of biochemical desiccant (anti-mold moisture absorber pack) is still recommended.

5. Inspection after opening: If the box has been sealed for more than 15 days before opening, the anti-mold gas will have dissipated. After inspection, a new anti-mold sheet must be replaced to ensure continued mold protection.

6. Operational safety: This product has a strong irritating odor. Ventilation in the workplace must be enhanced. Wear rubber gloves during operation. Tear open the packaging bag from the notch, open the zip-lock bag only as much as needed to retrieve the sheets, and immediately reseal the zip-lock bag tightly for any unused sheets. Avoid contact with eyes and nose. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with clean water.

7. Storage conditions: Store in a dry, ventilated, cool place away from fire sources. Shelf life: 1 year.
