This product forms stable covalent bonds with hydroxyl (-OH), amino (-NH-) and other groups on the fibers, ensuring the antibacterial components are permanently fixed onto the fabric, imparting long-lasting antibacterial, deodorizing, antifungal, and anti-itch functions. Suitable for antibacterial finishing of bed sheets, underwear, towels, socks, carpets, non-woven fabrics, shoe lining fabrics, decorative fabrics, and other textiles.

Usage Instructions

1. Padding Method

Dosage: 20–40 g/L
pH: 6–8
Process: Pad at room temperature with pick-up approx. 70%, then dry at 100–170°C

2. Exhaustion Method

Dosage: 2%–4% (o.w.f.)
pH: 6–8
Temperature: 50°C
Time: 20–30 minutes
Process: Dehydrate directly, then dry at 100–170°C

3. Spraying Method

Dilute iHeir-PG 25–50 times and spray evenly onto the non-woven fabric surface.
Adjust specific dosage according to non-woven fabric thickness and production line speed.

Drying & Fixation Instructions

iHeir-PG does not require heat-setting for fixation; simple drying (up to 170°C) is sufficient for thorough fixation. It is recommended to use the product in environments above 0°C.

Wear rubber gloves, eye protection, and a face mask during handling. Avoid direct contact with the dispersion.
Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water without delay.
