iHeir-YQ Paint Antifungal & Antibacterial Agent
Product Overview
iHeir-YQ is a highly efficient, non-toxic, broad-spectrum antifungal and antibacterial agent specially designed for paints, PU, latex paints, polymer emulsions, pigments, and various oil-based coating systems. This product is also suitable for in-can preservation and dry film antifungal protection of printing inks and other organic products. Extensive experiments and practical applications have proven that iHeir-YQ has excellent biocidal and preservative functions for copolymers such as acrylics, polyvinyl acetate, and styrene butyl acrylate, and exhibits outstanding compatibility with organic/inorganic components in the system. With an active ingredient concentration as high as 79.5%, it achieves significant efficacy at low addition levels, effectively protecting coatings from mold growth in humid environments over long periods.

Core Advantages
-
Broad-spectrum biocidal effect: Inhibits both bacteria (Gram-negative and Gram-positive) and fungi (yeasts and molds), preventing coating mold and discoloration.
-
High efficiency at low addition level: High active ingredient concentration, recommended addition level of only 1%–1.5%, low cost in use.
-
Formaldehyde-free: Contains no formaldehyde or formaldehyde-releasing substances, safe and environmentally friendly.
-
Good compatibility: Compatible with various organic/inorganic components in paints and coatings, does not affect finished product performance.
-
Environmentally friendly: Low effective active concentration, rapidly and completely decomposes into harmless substances after use.
