iHeir-PT Bamboo & Wood Antifungal Agent
Product Overview
iHeir-PT is a non-leaching, long-acting antimicrobial treatment agent with silicone quaternary ammonium salt as the active ingredient. It is suitable for surface antifungal and antibacterial treatment of natural material products such as bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, as well as various fibers, textiles, filter materials, etc. This product uses a mechanical bactericidal mechanism, does not leach, migrate, or get consumed by microorganisms, providing long-lasting and stable antimicrobial protection on treated surfaces without causing resistance.
Core Features
-
Non-leaching mechanical sterilization: The antimicrobial component chemically bonds with the substrate surface, physically disrupting microbial cell membranes; bacteria do not develop resistance.
-
Broad-spectrum & highly effective: Strong inhibitory effects against various molds including Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Trichoderma viride, Chaetomium globosum, Penicillium funiculosum, Penicillium citrinum, Paecilomyces variotii, Aureobasidium pullulans, etc. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) as low as 20-250 ppm.
-
Extremely high safety: Verified by 18 safety tests; acute oral LD50 for guinea pigs is 12.27 g/kg, much higher than table salt (3.0 g/kg), classified as practically non-toxic.
-
Durable & wash-resistant: The treatment effect is long-lasting and withstands repeated cleaning and washing.
-
Also insect-resistant: Insect resistance rate ≥ 85%, effectively reduces insect damage.
