iHeir-GG907 is a highly effective antibacterial paste specifically for silicone, formulated by iHeir using proprietary technology. This product combines slow-release technology, light stabilizers, and multiple antifungal and bactericidal components that work synergistically to provide exceptionally broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection. Specifically designed for silicone rubber products, it effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria and mold on silicone surfaces, while being wash-resistant and temperature-resistant, keeping products hygienic and clean for extended periods.

• Uniform dispersion: Paste form with small particle size, disperses evenly in silicone without affecting product appearance or feel.

Specifically designed for antibacterial treatment of various silicone rubber products, such as:

Usage Instructions

1. Add iHeir-GG907 antibacterial paste directly during the silicone compounding (mixing) stage.

2. Mix thoroughly with silicone raw material and blend evenly.

3. Recommended addition level: 1.5% ~ 2.0% based on total silicone weight.

4. The addition level can be adjusted according to the product’s use environment and performance requirements. The precise dosage for a specific formulation should be determined through testing by our Chemical & Microbial Technology Center.
