Compare active content times dosage, not price per kg: TQ 2-3%, JS117 0.5-1.0%, BJ 2-3% owf. Ask for MSDS, third-party reports and compatibility notes.

Grade first: wipe spots with iHeir-Clean, redose with iHeir-JS117 at 0.5-1.0% (IPL 0.8-1.0% for clear parts), retest tensile and keep ASTM G21 samples.

Choose by system pH: iHeir-JS(OTB) 0.25-1% for alkaline, JS7 1-2% for acidic, G 1-2% for hot-melt (never above pH 8), JS 1-2% for in-can ink preservation.

Dose iHeir-TQ at 2-3% or iHeir-YQ at 1-1.5% in the mixing stage, iHeir-BCA at 0.5-0.75% in the putty; dosage, timing and verification.

Finish in one pass: iHeir-BJ at 2-3% owf against mould, iHeir-666 at 8-20 g/L for repellency, iHeir-600 for pieces that cannot be wet-processed.
